Jeff was the life of the party, and he had a great sense of humor.

He found great joy and comfort in all of them. We can’t forget Jeff’s other true loves–his dogs: Jersey, Boston, Harley and Milo. He was also blessed with seven delightful grandchildren. He loved them so and was always a major part of their lives coaching, practicing, advising or encouraging them in whatever endeavors they were pursuing. Jeff was a family man and the proud parent of two beautiful children, Joshua and Brooke. Jeff met Kaylene in 8th grade and together they shared 48 wonderful years living and loving life to the fullest. Jeff had many loves in his life, but his greatest love was his wife and soulmate, Kaylene, whom he married on October 3, 1980. The family is extremely grateful to Rocky Mountain Power for the continued support, care and concern they gave to Jeff up until his death. Jeff became disabled with his illness and continued to be an inactive employee at Rocky Mountain Power until the time of his death. In the early 1980’s, he began his career at Rocky Mountain Power and worked full-time for 30 dedicated years. Jeff was an extremely hard worker and worked for the Union Pacific Railroad for a few years. He graduated from Ogden High School in 1977 where he received the Ogden Standard Examiner Gold Watch for “Outstanding All-Around Athlete.” Jeff was always one to do his best, and he excelled in the sports he loved playing - football, baseball and basketball. He was raised and educated in Ogden, Utah. He was born Decemand was the fourth child of Richard G. Ogden – Our beloved Jeffrey (Jeff) Richard Williams passed away on Sunday, Novemafter a long and courageous battle with MSA (Multiple System Atrophy).
